April W (ru) wrote: They did a great job of making you feel like a participant!

Ekene O (nl) wrote: Grade: B. A great step up from the disappointment that was "The Hangover Part II".

Emaleigh F (ca) wrote: Will give it that I made it to the end...all three plots had some interesting twists that I didn't see coming, but the acting wasn't exactly top notch. I expected something a little better given how awesome the packaging looked. Sorry...I love some b-movies...but this one could have been a little better.

Taylar W (ca) wrote: it's definitely different, it is visually vibrant every color is bright even black...the story line is a twist on an average revenge plot and the fact that there are NO GUNS ALLOWED is awesome you have to fight differently..don't worry not spoiling it's revealed within 2 minutes of watching. Great cast and great movie

Yousif V (nl) wrote: A true representation of what it is to be a metal head for life.

Gabriel K (au) wrote: I understand the message the director is conveying, but the movie is rather tedious and I just couldn't get into it (especially the "heaven's workers" using cheap props to film the memories... perhaps this was intended as a joke but it made me cringe). I liked the concept of having to choose your best memory, just not the movie itself.

Tyler Y (nl) wrote: This is a very minimalist film, and it works so well because of it. The choice to film in black and white and slow camerawork makes for interesting shots of New Orleans and the Bayou, and the movie's often use of small, somewhat secluded venues for the characters increases feelings of comradery -- not that it needed any help; the three leads work off of each other wonderfully. The movie is also aided by the slow pace and fitting soundtrack as well.

Mary H (nl) wrote: Similar to Singapore. The color isn't too kind to Hope's and Crosby's aged faces. The highlights are the cameos especially the Bogie and Oscar bit, and it's really at its best when it is paroding itself. Low points involve gorilla suits and a chimp wearing a Bob Hope mask.

Bob W (ca) wrote: Hmm...all this talk about how Harry Palmer is the anti-Bond. That may have been true in the first two movies (Ipcress, Funeral) but here it seems both the author and the director have decided if you can't beat 'em join 'em. Farcisal plot, femme fatale, megamaniacal bad guy and shoot em up finale. Only this time the bad guy is from Texas and the good guys are from Russia. How clever. Finnish scenes provide some down to earth aspects in otherwise campy computer silliness. Well, on tis regard we can agree: Palmer is an anti-hero. He just meanders about from scene to scene and doesn't do anything.

Mirkku S (au) wrote: Such a shame that this movie turned out so bad. It's fun to watch once, but I would not recommend it to anyone. It's the worst Jurassic Park sequel so far.

Robert R (nl) wrote: Rian Johnson's "Looper" marks a definitive high note in the long-running pantheon of time travel films, successfully offering up a fresh take on the fantastical concepts at hand whilst spinning a gripping yarn with some meaningful comments on the cycle of violence along the way. High marks go to the four main cast members - Gordon-Levitt, Willis, Blunt, and Gagnon - for bringing this gripping, personal story of vengeance, love, and retribution to life.

Alex S (nl) wrote: I can't say its a good movie...But I also have to recommend it. it's a lot of fun, even though it has dismal acting/directing/writing. I enjoyed watching it immensely.
