Shawn S (ru) wrote: Much like its predecessor, this film has loads of fun action, a great cast (Robert Downey Jr. is superb again), an excellent story, and lots of well-timed humor.
Scott S (ag) wrote: It was a good movie. Kodi Smit-McPhee was great as always. But did not think the storyline was going to go in the way that it did.

Ayden F (fr) wrote: For a comedy, it certainly was not funny. I did not laugh - except, perhaps, at the abundance of cliches, most of which were poorly executed.
Brent R (us) wrote: This movie gave me a list of other movies I need to check out. I wish their was a tv station like this now because I'd definitely subscribe. I feel that the friends and family of Jerry overlooked his mental illness due to the respect he earned for his movie knowledge.
Carlos M (us) wrote: A languid film that wants to capture a moment in time and create an evocative atmosphere with an immersive sound design, but director Apichatpong Weerasethakul seems to think that idyllic and tedious are the same, and so the film ends up having the effect of a sleeping pill.
Chris A (fr) wrote: Touching film. Kevin Kline is very good as a man who's life is in transition. I love the beginning of this movie when Kline peas on his neighbors property that is hysterical!
Tyler S (fr) wrote: Damn good film that chronicles the game show scandals of the 50s. It looks at social and political issues. ...If your handsome and you deliver ratings we want you. Redford has a dialogue and story that makes the over 2 hr film fly by. The performance from Fienns is so right on here....His emotions range all over the place and you wonder what this guy is really thinking. It's so well made you think you are watching a documentary.
Billie P (fr) wrote: In Halloween 4, Michael Myers' sister Laurie is dead but her daughter Jamie has survived. And Myers is after her now. The only person who seems to believe that Myers is still alive is his former doctor, Dr Loomis (played by Donald Pleasance). He is afraid that Myers will come back for Jamie and is doing what he can to protect her.Not much more to say for this film but that it inaugurates the second trilogy and that it is necessary to watch the films in this order if you want to see the second trilogy unfold. Believe it or not, this is very different for a film series like Star Wars. With those films, several of them can stand alone. With the Halloween films, they have to hang together in some ways.

Grace D (ru) wrote: This movie was my childhood. I started watching this when I was a toddler and it was my favorite movie. I would want to watch it 2 or 3 times everyday and would never get tired of it. I'm still not tired of it. Its so much deeper then a horse getting kidnapped. I love how the music is the horse's voice and the eagle symbolizes the horse's freedom. I wouldn't change a single thing about it.
Alex D (ru) wrote: Pleasantly surprised by this horror movie that combines elements of coming of age with classic vampire and thrasher archetypes. What really makes it work is the acting and the realistic, haunting landscape. Its few misfires aside, this movie really works at what it wants to achieve.
