The Five Man Army

Set during the Mexican Revolution, a man known only as "The Dutchman" has a plan, and brings in four of his old acquaintences, including an old army buddy and a silent Japanese swordsman, to help him out by promising a $1000 reward if it succeeds. The plan turns out to be a fool's mission: rob a train carrying $500,000 in gold that's guarded by dozens of heavily armed soldiers and passes through a steady stream of military checkpoints. Naturally, his friends agree to go along with the scheme

Hayden B (ag) wrote: An old-fashioned B-movie creature feature. Has neither an impressive plot nor impressive actors, but if you're looking into it with no real expectations for a great film, it shouldn't have to.

Peter R (es) wrote: worst movie I ever saw, total crap.

Charles B (au) wrote: I really love this movie! Really interesting! Very funny! I saw this movie with my GF and I really want to see this movie again and again!

Matt B (it) wrote: John Tucker Must Die is a harmless, sitcomish teen comedy that's just too silly to recommend.

Chris D (ru) wrote: utter dross. no story. slight resemblence to the game. fell to sleep whilst on.

Matt F (ag) wrote: Pretty damn good concept. Tim Allen is actually the best character in the film, which is suprising. RuPaul scares the crap out of me...could have done without him/her. The music in this movie was incredibly cheezy, which is what i think hurt this movie the most.

Sanity Assassin (es) wrote: not awful as a bit of drama towards the end but bordering on it! best thing about it was probably sharon stone in her early years but aside from that it just came across all too blithe

David S (nl) wrote: Loose, stereotypical Altman film about two compulsive gamblers who work well together when they're not bickering. The film comes down to contrasting these two very different personality types, and how they handle the winning streak that concludes the film.

Anna S (jp) wrote: I loved the little tribute to "The Maltese Falcon" at the beginning of the movie, and Gena Rowlands kind of does look like Lauren Bacall at times.
