AverageJoe C (es) wrote: 0 stars - quite possibly the worst movie ever made in the history of the world. And I say this as an avid fan of invasion-type movies. This was the first one in which I was cheering for the pod people, as all of the human characters were either unbelievably moronic or utterly despicable, or both. A unique problem with this movie was that it was hard to tell whether people had been taken over by pod people yet, as the acting was so wooden that everyone looked like a pod person all the time. And don't even get me started on the gratuitous sex and bizarrely inappropriate lesbian sex scenes. It's almost worth watching this movie to remind oneself of how well made most movies actually are!

Tom R (jp) wrote: Poorly done. Rendition did a much better job tackling the issue. This film came across as far too one-sided and the characters were badly fleshed out. In short, Extraordinary Rendition was a waste of time spent on a very serious issue.

Private U (jp) wrote: A slasher movie with Ron Jeremy as the killer? I am SO there. But a few clever jokes ("No Nudity Clause") and some decent gore FX are all this flick has to offer. And 90% of the time it's painfully obvious that a body double is playing Andre, not The Hedgehog himself. Overall, this is one you can afford to miss.

Private U (kr) wrote: Within the first 1/2 hour, it had potential. After that, it just devolves into the stereotypical bad French film.Don't get suckered-in by the fact that it's foreign, and other people saying it's some deep cultural commentary. It's not--it devolves into the very thing people say it condemns.Just say no.

renee k (it) wrote: all i have to say is patrick was amazin gin this movie. everyone should see it because we can learn so much. its an interesting story and its a must watch. its totally a family movie!

Jenn H (fr) wrote: a straight man exploring his sexuality... can't be a bad movie at all, can it?

chad g (us) wrote: Yeah, I guess they were young once but that doesn't mean it's worth a movie. I could have lived without it.

Alison C (jp) wrote: oh my gosh. Legitimately one of the worst pieces of film I have ever seen. Hilariously bad. The lion is a freaking foot-note. you can see the wires on the animals. The chase at the end is over 8 1/2 minutes long. lots of "WTF?" moments. poor Michael Douglas. The writing is crap. I was shaking in my seat with laughter from watching this over the ridiculous writing, jump cuts, stupid music, and especially the obvious stunt-double with fake hair. oh my gosh. Some of the lines are just too funny. and Mark? oh my gosh I lost it with Mark. really. if you want to have some good laughs at a real P.O.S. film, this is it!
