Roxanne R (es) wrote: I am not familiar with other works by the writers or its director Lee Friedlander but the film was good and apparently inspired by true events. We have two actresses ( Robin Greenspan and Lacie Harmon) who use the ups and downs of their real-life romance as the inspiration for this comedy drama about two performers whose real lives are beginning to mirror their latest roles. Robin (Greenspan) is an actress who has been in a deeply committed relationship with Audrey (Katherine Randolph) for six years, while fellow thespian Lacie (Harmon) is not much on commitment and tends to tire of her lovers once the initial excitement wears off. They are working together for a play and during rehearsals, they get to know each other better and fall for one another..I liked it and definitely recommend it!

Maybe the studios let the Hellraiser directors take chances because these films go straight to video and the expectations are so low. As with the previous 'Hellraiser: Inferno' this film is surprisingly decent for what it is. If you don't expect Citizen Kane I don't think you'll be disappointed, especially if you're a fan of this stuff.

sey g (nl) wrote: A twisted tale of a lover's triangle that involves lust, lesbianism and bisexuality on one hand but turns into betrayal. The storyline is intriguing in terms of the drama but too many times during it's progression it becomes boring, confusing, lack luster. Honestly, the dialogue is uneventful due to the fact, that little or no emotion was evoked from the actors. Most dished out their lines in a monotonous tone. I did not enjoy this film, but I did like the control and dominance the character Silvie had over her lover's.
