It was so much fun, I enjoyed getting to know all the different characters and their personalities.Josh and Mollie's relation ship grew with the movie and had a great climax, though I would have liked for the relation ship itself to be shown more than 2 minutes. Maybe there will even be a sequel with the hot Doc and Josh's "Tramp"?

Dann M (us) wrote: One of the most infamous films of the '80s, Maximum Overdrive is wildly entertaining. Written and directed by Stephen King, when an astrological phenomenon causes machines to rise up and attack mankind, a group of survivors take refuge at a truck station. It's a really exciting concept that allows for a lot of crazy scenes of machines running amuck. And, AC/DC rocks the shit out of this movie with their soundtrack, which includes such hits as "Who Made Who," "You Shook Me All Night Long," and "Hells Bells." Though it's incredibly cheesy and over-the-top, Maximum Overdrive delivers a ton of dumb fun.

Amanda H (mx) wrote: I'm really not sure how anyone managed to talk Robert Englund into this. While the story itself isn't actually too bad, the terrible effects and even worse production make the whole movie laughable. Joey Fatone is solid in his role, and Robert Englund is more or less creepy, but besides that, this is a waste of time.

There's like no expression in her face and you just can't stop staring at her eyebrows. She plays a bitch in the movie that messes with a guys heart. The ending should be different, but it's going off a book so can't really change it. Just could change the cast...
