Gustavo A (jp) wrote: This movie is very repetitive with the gory deaths. It almost seemed like people dieing was the whole plot. Also the guts and skeletons of the people were badly animated.
Joey K (us) wrote: An intricate plot with vibrant characters, brought to life by a collection of talented actors. Funny, unique, and a lot of fun, Intermission shouldn't be missed.

This trite, confused, and overly-stylized film, directed by Joel Shumacher, is nothing short of a disaster. There isn't a single genuine or convincing moment in this entire flick, which is really saying something since you'd think they would have hit upon at least one or two by accident. This is undoubtably the worst tear-jerking romance since "Love Story" stank up the screens. The only reason I rate this one film higher than that film is because Julia Roberts is better actress, and nicer on the eyes, than Ali Macgraw, and Julia, thank God, doesn't spend the entire film calling Campbell Scott 'preppy.'
Matt B (es) wrote: Jude Law is very good, but he couldn't save the movie for me. Dom Hemingway's story is just too thin and the dark humor too unapproachable to enjoy.
Leonard D (us) wrote: The fighting was decent, but the rest of the story, and the characters, were utterly stupid!
Will L (ca) wrote: 'From Dusk Till Dawn' is an amusingly schlocky B-movie that lets the audience in on the joke, but never gives them an idea of where the story is going. It's also one of Quentin Tarantino's better performances (though there isn't much competition), and he and Rodriguez are clearly working together in perfect harmony.
Chris S (it) wrote: The Terminator as Anakin Skywalker's father? This movie is bad and ridiculous! A father who thinks getting a toy for his son is more important than being there for his son while his neighbor hits on his wife? Pretty bad people all around. Still, I can't deny that it's not entertaining, which saves it from getting a 1 out of 5.
