Liam H (es) wrote: Absolute stinker of a movie that ruined what was shaping up to be a great trilogy. The plot is totally incoherent. The stars look like they have seen better days and actually dont care anymore. All charisma from the characters is dead. Both plot and actors simply going through the motions. Awful.

Courtney G (de) wrote: I really just wanted to see it because it was filmed in Echo Park and I liked recognizing the different places in the scenes. But I did find myself actually interested in the story and the characters. I couldn't fully relate to this film but the story was told very well with such a low budget.

What happens next is a mix of Rambo, Southern Comfort and Deliverance without the ass rape. Sopkiw also possesses the greatest fire arm in the history of cinema. It makes Chuck Norris's Heckler & Koch G3 with underslung 40mm Rotary Launcher from Braddock: Missing in Action III look like a rentboys mini ankle gun.

Don't get me wrong, it really is a compelling story about everything that happens to this girl as she turns into a woman but I guess I was waiting for her to catch a break. It's too depressing for my taste. On the upside, the songs are good and Ash looks beautiful performing them.

Dimitris S (br) wrote: Wayne is giving a surprisingly excellent portrait of a fascist sergeant, preoccupied in reforming thoughts and supposedly liberal ideas.Impressive battle sequences and social morality yet if Patton was and is an overrated piece of militarism,I believe am really soft rating it with an extra half for the decent neutrality of Iwo Jima events, despite the usual historical patriotism.

Cam E (it) wrote: I used to read the books when I was younger and I really expected to like this film. And I did, this film is very funny it is a nice idea to make a film from the books. I enjoyed this a lot and the acting is generally good apart from some. I reckon that is the only bad side to this film is that the bad acting from some is disappointing considering this is a very enjoyable film. But nevertheless it made me laugh a lot.
