Mary (br) wrote: The storyline for the movie is a simple one, but works well. Christian Bale really shines as a young man who can't quite function in the world (or so others think). The movie pulls at your heartstrings and you just want to give Bobby a hug. John Hurt does a nice job as the distant but caring Mr. Sommers. Daniel Benzali is absolutely evil in the role of The Fat. His performance is played well and works in the movie.

Rameshwar I (ag) wrote: Loud, over the top and Harrison Ford. Super fast paced movie and has all the ingredients of a commercial action thriller which works. Delivers exactly what it promises.Reviewed 2010

Sally A (ag) wrote: This was okay, i just couldn't accept the relationship between Loren and Perkins. I didn't find Perkins particularly intimidating either. This is a relatively well executed film but it feels more like a 'star vehicle' than anything else.

Shareef B (ag) wrote: I thought this was a cool movie as a kid. And I still do 20 years later.

Steve M (kr) wrote: As hilarious as it is satiric. Jacques Tati at his very best.
