Chris T (us) wrote: This is not a Jackie Chan movie. It just has him staring as the main character. And even then he feels like one of the expendable minor characters. There are a few moments where Jackie is allowed to be, well Jackie. But then it's back to being this character that feels way out place. Is he a good bad guy or a bad good guy? Who knows. I will say this, my favorite character in the movie wasn't even Jackie, but Inspector Kitano. He should be in more 'merican movies. Can't recommend this movie and the only reason I finished it was because I wanted to see what Jackie would "do next".
Shaddy S (it) wrote: unwatchable... tried to power through it in two sittings but the amazing background art doesn't even come close to overcoming my vulgar american need for: Characters that make any sense, and a reality that I have even a vague grasp on. Also I could do with out insanely bad 2nd grade dialog writing, B movie acting and downright gross looking animation during conversations, (nice during action)... Pandering hit you over the head themes yelled at your face, forget that the main characters are named "Black" and "White"... But to be fair I'm not judging this against other Anime (which is 99%) awful, but against all movies which is a tall order for this semi-retarded medium.

Adam C (gb) wrote: I'm happy to say that I went into this film with exactly the right level of open-mindedness, and though a comedy this utterly stupid would never hold water nowadays, I thoroughly enjoyed the half-baked mixture of terrible acting, goofy plot devices and good old 80's sexuality.
