Sarah W (fr) wrote: Having watched this movie after a 12 hour journey and a little hungover from my holiday this movie had the right tempo. Personally, I love Wes Anderson movies so the style, echoed by Glanz, piqued my interest early on. Jason Bateman's character only adding to the charm, I found the emotions portrayed throughout the film complex in their simplicity and refreshing; sometimes tantrums and overt breakdowns are annoying at best, not believable at worst. The style reflects the characters and point of the film in a clever way, it is deliberate, leisurely and elegant... chic, dare I say it. All in all, the perfect film for the right time. I look forward to seeing more of Peter Glanz's work.

Sometimes moving and not too touching with it's purpose is it to acknowledge of it's situations. Upon watching it one can also get to see Italian actors playing American soldiers. Second war film of three by director Roberto Rossellini. 3 out of 4

Wes Anderson' s movies always provide all elements on the emotion spectrum to remind you that such is life. The ending of Rushmore gives you a (im)perfect hit. Brilliant is an understatement.
