Aaron C (ag) wrote: funny brit comedy about the happenings of a busy understaffed cafe. Adequate though a bit contrived. I liked the fiance/fiancee/alibi customers best :)

Nathan B (kr) wrote: This was such a disappointment! The original TV miniseries was so powerful--this was just a shadow of the book and the original TV miniseries.

Dann M (gb) wrote: Play by Heart is a fairly entertaining and unconventional romantic comedy. The film follows several people throughout L.A., and the various kinds and stages of relationships that they're in. The cast is surprisingly good and includes Angelina Jolie, Ryan Phillippe, Gillian Anderson, Madeleine Stowe, and Sean Connery. The story is well written for the most part and has some interesting things to say about people and relationships. However, it takes on a few too many characters and forces itself a bit. While it has some issues, Play by Heart is a unique and entertaining film that has a good message.

Abel D (kr) wrote: One of Scott's most underrated and forgotten films, 'Watch Over Me' is a very strong and often tense police thriller. Stylishly directed with strong atmosphere, as well as aptly performed by Berenger and Rogers as class divided lovers.

Carlos I (us) wrote: Fantastic performance from Brando, but the film drags to much through a sludge of cheesy erotic romance fluff, it lost me a few times. The girl is completely unlikable, as such I don't care. The most fascinating stuff was Brando dealing with the suicide of his wife.

Mat C (us) wrote: I think the ending is a little fairy tale happy ending shit. I don't think that finding a new bed already is gonna make her troubles go away.
