I do respect the participants, and I feel there is something good that comes from all this. It's just not my cup of tea. I am such a loner. Nicely done and the extras are a great bonus in order to discover all you can about this popular desert cultural event.

David G (fr) wrote: The fourth and final Death Wish sequel which sees sly one man army Paul Kersey (Charles Bronson, still rocking and rolling at 73) trying once again to live the simple life with new fiance Olivia and her daughter Chelsea. Unfortunately, Olivia's ex-husband - Irish mobster Tommy O'Shea sees things differently and before you can say "formulaic" Paul is dusting off his revolver and taking the law into his own hands once again. Why this movie was even made is beyond me, I mean it's just a cookie cutter Death Wish sequel telling the exact same story. It offers nothing even remotely fresh. Oh it's watchable - Michael Parks is a lot of fun as the part sinister, part clownish O'Shea and it's entertaining enough watching Kersey off his targets in increasingly ridiculous ways (explosive remote controlled football!) - but there's no disguising the fact that this sequel is completely pointless!

Thomas B (au) wrote: -This review is of the 'Assembly Cut'-Grade - C-'Alien3', the infamously troubled third Alien movie, is a complete and utter mess. Even with this new cut, it's blatantly obvious that severe studio interference was occurring behind the scenes. Its been disowned by its director David Fincher, and it's easy to see why; with a script that was still being written whilst the movie was in production, causing the plot to go nowhere and invoking countless ridiculously stupid character decisions throughout. It does hint at what could have been however, and the first 45 minutes or so weren't too bad (probably because they actually had a script for those). But what with the many script problems, as well as the terrible CGI and poor production design, those moments of goodness are lost in a whirlwind of chaos and mishmash.
