This may not as action-filled like the first one but still stands alone and provide us a remarkable entertainment. The direction is fast-paced. The performances are pretty strong and where the hell is Alix Koromzay? She's astounding. Give her a casting call people! I must recommend for you to watch the first one since the first really rocked the bitch out of this one. A reasonably gripping sequel! 4 out of 5 stars! :)

Kurt F (gb) wrote: 1/11/14 This film should be rated NC-17. Lots of sex and some very bloody scenes. I feel the film probably should have only been a book. I could see that the story might work as a book, but they were really trying to stretch things by making it a film. It felt like an adaptation. Not a lot going on in the plot until about half an hour left. The film is mainly just trying to set a mood (and a mood very different from most every other film). Not many characters either, so it isn't too hard to figure out how the plot is going to end up. Anyway, I guess it is okay; I was never really bored, but I didn't really get excited about anything either.

Running out of options, China's spy bureau warily assigns this case to a whore-mongering pork butcher (Co-writer/director Stephen Chow). This off-the-wall parody of James Bond gives Stephen Chow plenty of room to play with his idiosyncratic sense of physical and verbal humor. Some may have trouble dealing with the juxtaposition of intense violence and goofball humor, but I found From Beijing With Love to be just as much of a blast to watch as Chow's later hits.

Chris Y (fr) wrote: Took me a very long time to get ahold of this film.very depressing, very very sexual, and very's difficult to actually describe my feelings towards this film. i think its a very underrated, very important piece of 'new queer cinema' and a very blunt and extreme vision of gay life and hiv/AIDS in 20th century america.

Becky T (ag) wrote: Wow it's cheesy and has obviously fake special effects and over-the-top acting. However, even given all of that, it's still a pretty fun film to watch
