Following a trip to North Carolina in the summer of 2012 with my Mom, I decided to watch it again. We took a tour of an amazing store called Replacements, where a scene in Junebug was filmed. After seeing it again I don't know what I was thinking the first time. It's really good. Amy Adams is fantastic and well deserving of her Oscar nomination.
(ru) wrote: I agree with the other reviews that Bello's acting is great but even so this script is just too melodramatic and contrived to feel the emotion or "cerebral" moral conflict that Renck was undoubtedly aiming for.
(mx) wrote: Holy shit, I'm glad they have this movie on here. THIS is the worst movie ever made. Can I give it zero stars?
(br) wrote: Despite the creepy, gory and morbid views of mutilated victims found at either the morgue or the crime scenes, two detectives are destined to work together to find the killer. Jean Reno and Vincent Cassel are the pair of actors joined together in this thrilling nail biting adventure that keeps you wondering and guessing until the very end as of who is doing the killing and why. See this, it is incredible!
(ru) wrote: Pretty good Washington basketball drama. Oh, and Spike Lee's directing style is usable here for music, pop culture reference, they all work out well. The father and son relationship that is so inspiring that others should learn from. Again, this might be one of Lee's most underrated movie, and still this guy did some of the best movies of all time (Do the Right Thing, Malcolm X, 25th Hour)
(ru) wrote: The songs are unbelievably catchy, it really was worth the watch, I have watched this over and over again and I still love this film.
(br) wrote: My favorite movie of all time! Drama, humor and emotional. You will laugh, cry and hang on to the edge of your seat. Inspiring to see men of courage and how they value their children and families in the midst of chaos and struggles.
(us) wrote: Same old formula of Statham movies. Nothing new.
(nl) wrote: Another predictable movie (rom-com), with Aaron Eckhart and Jennifer Aniston in the lead roles. There are quite a lot of plot holes throughout the movie, and as I'd expect, Aniston is not great, whilst Eckhart is not particularly strong either. It's not a terrible movie, I didn't lose interest, but I wouldn't watch again.
