Lilianetty l (ag) wrote: It has an interesting story-telling with a cast I have never seen but they do all an awesome job here.Plot: Is about Viegeltje, who looks like a girl but has wings instead of arms. Bird watcher Warre finds her under brushwood & takes her home. She wants to go to the South with the other birds. It becomes a long and adventurous journey. Will her parents (adoptive for a moment), let her go or keep her with them as a normal kid? Stars for that.Acting & Music: Like I said before, I dunno this actors but they were all impresive, same the lil kid as Iep. The score was joyful and fantastic. Stars for this wonderful effort and skills in the job.To end this short review, 3 stars of 5. Is not a bad film, neither a good one, is extraordinary and cute. Enjoy and HASTA LA PROXIMA AMIGOS/AS! CHAO! BLESS YOU ALL!!!! LET THE BIRDS LIVE! DON'T KILL THEM!

Cory A (nl) wrote: This is the true story behind the movie Troll 2, and it is a fascinating one. The cast members could not have turned out to be any more appropriately strange.

Chris C (nl) wrote: Action-packed, funny and clever, Small Soldiers serves as classic Joe Dante fare and, though it has its flaws, it features a fun narrative and an engaging voice performance from Tommy Lee Jones.

Richard B (nl) wrote: I liked this indie film and really was impressed with Julianne Moore (she also is amazing). I've really liking Todd Haynes as a director and will continue to watch his films and this one was one of his best.

Yve L (au) wrote: Who put the information in for this movie? It is all wrong! This is a movie about a street gang with Sherilyn Fenn and Jeff Fahey, not the cable show.

Alex A (gb) wrote: A solid and thoroughly enjoyable directorial debut from Michael Cimino, Thunderbolt and Lightfoot is a well acted and competently made buddy/heist movie. The chemistry between Clint Eastwood and Jeff Bridges is excellent and Cimino displays a great talent for character's and story structure. It's a shame that Cimino's full cinematic potential was never realized due to the critical/commercial flop that was "Heaven's Gate" which marked a dead end in which was once and extremely promising career for a talented young director.

Marischa B (fr) wrote: In my personal opinion, Bound is one of the most intelligent and erotic films ever made. It's not often that you see both of those words describing the same work of art.I don't feel that the relationship between Corky and Violet is something that you should have to "get past" being that the tone of the film is that of escape (hence the title "Bound") and the very nature of their relationship upholds that idea. However if you are less open-minded regarding your own sexuality or completely homophobic, the scattered and brief exchanges between the two leading characters may not settle well with you. One of the best things about the film is the cinematic detail, all the little disturbing and intriguing things that the Wachowskis chose to hone in on...If you are a fan of The Matrix films, you'll really get to see where it all started with Bound.I could rattle on forever about the pure genius of the film and that of the Wachowski Brothers but I won't. Just see the film for yourself, you'll either hate it or love it.

Stuart M (ca) wrote: A good film about four friends canoeing down a soon to be flooded river. I thought it was clever how the sense of dread and terror turns out to be largely unfounded as only the two rapists are shown to be evil while the seemingly threatening hillbillies prove to be harmless enough. Which explains their overreacting.
