Jeremy R (gb) wrote: "Heights" is one of my favorite kinds of movies: one that is better than it has any right to be. The 'random people come into each other's lives' movie has been done a million time, and this adds nothing new and sometimes stretches believability at time. However, "Heights" benefits from what most other such movies lack: superb writing, acting, and directing. It's essentially an indendent movie writ large thanks to legendary producer Ismail Merchant who was able to access actors and locations that most producers of this small scale a movie wouldn't have been able to. What we're left with is a special movie that could've been run-of-the-mill.

The storyline for this picture is intricate and contains many unique components but wasn't as compelling as I would have hoped. The acting was solid and the cast includes Max von Sydow, Liv Ullman, Bibi Anderson, and Erland Josephson."You'd better put it out of its misery."I came across this on Netflix and thought it would be an interesting old school thriller. I found it just okay. The plot is above average and well written but not overly intense. This isn't a must see but is worth a viewing if you're a fan of 60/70s thrillers."She takes refuge in lies and dissimulation."Grade: C+

But when finding the last dragon egg and having it hatch, his plans are changed forever as the egg will only hatch when it comes into the hands of it's one and only rider. But the king who was trying to force the dragon to hatch would rather see the last dragon dead than with another rider.

Marcio R (au) wrote: It's not really good. The actors are nice and charismatic but I can't is really the movie that made laugh a lot, and besides is really predictable too. After all, the only scene that made laugh for real was one carried by Ezra Miller, absolutely hilarious, close to the end.
