Tora-san's Grand Scheme torrent reviews

Paul D (gb) wrote: I really enjoyed this for what it was. I am a Maritimer myself, so a lot of the scenery made me home sick. Still, this is probably the most competent Taylor Kitsch has been on screen yet. Certainly not for everyone, but it is a nice smaller scale movie. Not the worst thing to come from Canada.

Eric D (es) wrote: ohhh, another "interconnecting" drama...sigh.

Greg W (br) wrote: directed by nip/tuck creator Ryan Murphy

CM W (br) wrote: Excellently performed and constantly throwing its audience for a loop, Tape pulls off what many would consider impossible: It delivers a provocative and emotionally gripping narrative in one location with three actors and little to no budget.

Kate P (ru) wrote: Very enjoyable. Cute girls, lots of sex, hot 70s denim and a good story.

Abdulmalik A (kr) wrote: Chaplin said that it was the movie he most wanted to be remembered for, and damn if he didn't get his wish.

Kevin S (nl) wrote: Horrible! One of those movies where after you watch it, you are pissed because of the time you wasted

Aiden M (br) wrote: The intense moments of silence and decisive split second war time situations along with superb yet natural dialogue make this a must watch.

Daniel T (nl) wrote: The film has its flaws, but Rodriguez and Miller execute this film so well that audiences and viewers are able look past things like bad casting choices and purposeless violence. Note that a lot of the casting choices are great, most of them, but some actors (Alexis Bledel, Josh Hartnett, Michael Clarke Duncan) just didn't fit the film. As for the violence, towards the end of the film, Rodriguez and Miller don't show the restraint they demonstrated at the beginning of the film, which may or may not be intentional; however, it's puzzling, which at times interrupts the audience and viewers grassy of the fluidity of the film's artistic style. The film is excellent, though. Minus those flaws, the film is spot on.

William O (au) wrote: awesome and fresh new take on the girl of steel story

Nathan M (mx) wrote: A Polanski type horror film that dives as deeply into the psychological horror as much as it does the supernatural.

Phil C (br) wrote: The critics that have reviewed this movie and have said they thought the pace was too slow or any the actors performed poorly had ulterior motives to rate this film like they did. I guess they can't handle a refreshing, realistic perspective on life. It's a sad reality that close minded critics have bankrupted this film.

John G (kr) wrote: This is a brilliant movie!!! It is very clever concept. The acting is compelling. The movie itself is visually gorgeous. When the movie ended, I could not help feeling a little resentment that they don't make more movies like this one! I am more than a little taken aback by some of the negative reviews on this site and others. Do these "critics" have cornflakes for brains? Were they staring at their navels throughout the whole movie, pining for the next rendition of Saw? This is a great movie!
