David A (mx) wrote: Wow! Horrible. Don't watch.

Lynn N (gb) wrote: Loved the brave children's stories and the scenery. Was a little disappointing to realize that while Sabriye was trying to instill in the children the notion that they had no limits, she also limited them by not allowing them to climb to the summit and really seemed to project her fears onto them.

Kok F (gb) wrote: When we see how long and repeating arguments are true for love, we are getting there. Daring and interesting use of zooming, and so very cute soundtrack.

Van W (ru) wrote: Maximilian Bruckner justly won and German film critics award for his breakthrough endearing and forceful performance as Ecki. The film is about a gay soccer team, dealing with the relationship of manhood, sports, and homosexuality, a mix no safeguarded Hollywood product would ever dare touch. In a sense it is a classic sports movie, cheering on the underdog to victory, but this film shows that it sometimes takes a homosexual to make a real man. The dialgoue is at times so taut and quick-witted as to remind one of a classic screwball comedy (think Bringing Up Baby), but at other times must lapse into the sentimental to make its point. An adorable little film, that Bruckner definitely makes worth watching.

Private U (de) wrote: If I had to pick a favourite Fassbinder film I would have to pick this one. Written and made within a month or two of his lover's suicide, this film is Fassbinder at his most awe-inspiring. Personal, touching, hilarious, heartbreaking ... Volker Spengler is simply amazing in the lead role. The slaughterhouse scene brings me to tears and as much as I would love to look away ... it is simply impossible. A metaphor for how we treat one another indeed.

Jennifer X (au) wrote: I dislike most garish musicals and Fosse thrives on them. Sometimes I think Shirley Maclaine is adorable but most of the time I found her really annoying. "Hey Big Spender" is a solid Fosse number but I have seen better and it is really is too long. The entire movie is too long.

Lino N (br) wrote: One of the greatest movies ever made and Elvis Presley's BEST movie.Elvis portrayed his best performance as an actor in King Creole.

Keiko N (ru) wrote: Bacall and Peck were born to make this movie together. Peck holds his own doing comedy and Bacall's wardrobe is reason enough to watch this film a dozen more times.
