SA H (fr) wrote: The attention to detail and the entertaining script are enough to make the movie enjoyable. Though it ends suddenly, that appears to be the point: a mere snippet of these people's lives as Jews in the 60's. I liked the idea that a lot happens to the main character before and after we meet him. Very entertaining film with an interesting perspective on life. It's probably even more meaningful for those who grew up in the Jewish community.

Yash B (nl) wrote: It's been a while since I watched it but I remember liking it as a kid. It's somewhat stupid, but harmless fun for younger people.

Sean C (mx) wrote: The energy of the performances and the mixture of antagonism and playfulness in the interviews reminded me of The Kids are Alright. This is not just a great collection of concert performances, but also a humorous and depressing collage of the brief career of Nirvana and the essentially short-lived grunge movement that they spearheaded. One gets the feeling that all the media coverage and chart success that made grunge popular was also a key part in its undoing.

William B (mx) wrote: Awesome movie! I watched this as a kid and still love it as an adult. Wonderful acting and hilariously touching story

Andrew M (ca) wrote: One of my favourites. Really silly drive-in style flick, with macho revenge tendencies. Some of the stunts are incredible for a film crew made up of what are basically kids.

Kevin R (nl) wrote: I like Americans. They think big.A Chicago detective is sent to Great Brittan to escort a fugitive back across the pond to be tried appropriately in his homeland; unfortunately, a group of assassins target Brannigan to free the fugitive. Brannigan will need to work with local crime officials, who are not overly fond of Americans, to accomplish this daunting task."These bananas will taste a hell of a lot better when I know Brannigan is lying in a gutter."Douglas Hickox, director of Backout, Theatre of Blood, Sitting Target, It's all Over Town, The Giant Behemouth, Sky Riders, and Zulu Dawn, delivers Brannigan. The storyline for this picture is very average, mediocre, and unimaginative. The action and script were also very mediocre as was the acting. The cast includes John Wayne, Richard Attenborough, John Vernon, Mel Ferrer, Judy Geeson, and Lesley-Ann Down."Never trust anybody."I came across this on cable and thought it would be an interesting John Wayne picture to catch. Well, it was different from what I'm used to for him, sometimes that works and sometimes it doesn't, and this one did not work. This film doesn't have much going for it and I wouldn't recommend going too out of my way to see it."You're getting too familiar."Grade: C-

If this sounds stupid and boring, try watch the full 90 minutes of it. Its also filled with uninteresting/hateful characters and plot holes. If this wasn't a "Friday the 13th" movie it might have passed as a so-so horror/sci-fi movies but being constantly reminded of it being "the man behind the mask" is just painful. Pair this up with "Jason X" and you've got two great contenders for the worst "Friday the 13th" sequel(s).
