JeanPol C (kr) wrote: My opinion---"Comancheria" made perfectly by David Mackenzie, is certainly the mostsuccessful movie of the kind of 2016. The realization is very aestheticand also very effective, enjoying a very good scenario of TaylorSheridan, this movie brings us in the " Univers a kind of western, thriller, road-movie! But quite effective with a perfect distributionwith actors who have carried their respective roles to the maximum oftheir art. First of all, Chris Pine who gives us one of his bestperformances, then Jeff Bridges and then turns into an anachronisticsheriff, and finally Ben Foster who impressed by his most successfulperformance, you mix everything: realization, screenplay, music, decorNatural and leading interpretation, and you will only make a very goodmovie, a success of its kind. I highly recommend it.

She wants forever love and she wants it now. Timer is a lightweight, fun romantic comedy with a sci-fi twist that explores the question of 'how do you know?' in a clever way. Definitely a good date night movie (and in the ironic fanboy department - Emma Caulfield and Timer co-star Kali Rocha previously played vengeance demons, doling out crossed-lover retribution on Buffy the Vampire Slayer)

Angie M (nl) wrote: Maye it's just not my kind of humor, but I wished they had whittled off most of the comedy parts. It was a bit too on the OTT side, with characters acting like they are in the middle of a ridiculous parody. It would have allowed more screentime to developing the love story between Sand and Chopin. As it were, the chemistry between Judy Davis and Hugh Grant was electrifying, and the little moments we do get to glimpse in the Sand/Chopin romance were rather well done. Not much needs to be said about the beauty of the soundtrack (hello, it's Chopin!). Added to that are the picturesque sets and the pretty costumes, which makes my period-heart happy. I only wished most of the acting didn't make me cringe all throughout (not the fault of the actors, though).

Anna I (au) wrote: I feel bad for Channing for even making this movie. I actually like him less for this movie. The acting (even Pacino) was dull, the script attempted to over achieve (especially with the traumatized former best friend.) I cannot think of anything remarkable about this movie.
