Christopher L (ca) wrote: The key for me is at the end seeing the girl who never thought she could do more than play Sheryl Crow songs realize that she could do a lot more. Paul Green's methods may be questionable & there is certainly no one right way to teach & all kids are different, but as a kid school tells you that there are things you can do as an adult. But you don't have to wait until you're an adult to participate in your culture & to do the things you dream about. You don't have to wait. I found this movie inspiring b/c he helped these kids realize that they could reach really high & not have to be an adult to be treated justifiably as peers by adults & be active contributors to their culture. I wish I had rock school as a kid. How many football/basketball/baseball/etc. coaches treat kids the same way? I would have thought it was totally worth it b/c I loved playing music & still wish I could do it better.

Belinda T (gb) wrote: For the fact this it is an all black cast, it's wonderful, but my gosh this movie was just crazy. The filming could have ben better and maybe a bit more out into the end but it was okay.

Indu R (it) wrote: A really good movie depicting the relationship between a little girl and a professional assassin. The action and violence were very realistic.
