Wes S (ru) wrote: Nothing too spectacular the film is basically like going through a freakshow with plot. Though the plot itself is rather thin and typical, it's an entertaining Full Moon flick with cheesy characters and fun effects.

Dylan M (it) wrote: Enemy of the State was a thrilling action flick. Will Smith doe a job well done as a runaway victim of supposed theft with video surveillance of an assassination of a congressman. with the help of Gene Hackman at his side. The plot is fun, acting and script is OK, but overall entertaining popcorn movie throughout.
Daniel G (au) wrote: I find this movie pretty pretentious, but I'm not very familiar with Woody Allen's films, so that may just be his style. I certainly don't like the idea of (the same jazz song?) playing for every scene, and how it doesn't actually display the emotion/feeling of the moment. With that and all the 'smart dialogue' and 'strong insight' in the inner monologues, it just felt to me like Woody Allen trying to show how smart and artsy he is rather than focusing on telling an interesting story, which I hear is basically "crime and punishment" from Dostoyevsky, who is also mentioned in the film, so I'm not entirely sure if it's a rip-off or a movie based on it. Either way, it's a fairly entertaining movie, but I'd leave it at that... Just one final comment. When Abe trades the cups of juice to poison the judge, how could he know the exact amount of orange juice the judge had already drank from his cup in order for him to not notice the difference when he held the new cup? That's a plot hole if you asked me.
