It doesn't get any better than this.A delightful 1 out of 5 stars! What worked:Guy (looking for a makeshift tourniquet): "We need something to tie this off!"Girl (starts to untie her bikini top): "We can use this!"Guy: "No, that's too small."What didn't: There wasn't a "No beavers were harmed in the making of this movie" disclaimer at the end.

Alex M (br) wrote: ... I don't even know how to start this review without gushing over the perfection and creativity that unfolds in this film. Charlie Kaufman outdoes himself once again in Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind. An incredible ride of fun, dark, and near insane characters who journey through the ups and downs of romance in the most believable way possible. Not only is the story and characters creative and intelligent, it's extremely unique. Never in a million years will there ever be a film like this. I HIGHLY recommend this to anyone who has enough of an open mind to dive into a totally surrealistic, creative and thought provoking experience.

Andy N (ca) wrote: I can only imagine it's going to get really...really bad after this one. I didn't expect much from Hellraiser Inferno, but at least something to do with Pinhead and the Cenobites and their unleashing of hell. I mean 1-4 they're trying to bring Hell to Earth and they almost succeed, but this one doesn't explain how Pinhead is still alive opting instead to tell the tale of a corrupt police officer who stumbles upon the box and then opens it. Instead of being ripped to shreds by Pinhead and the gang, he is instead a product now of his own hell. It's an interesting concept, but there's no gore, the acting is terrible, and you could give a shit less about the main character. There's nothing redeemable about this man to even care about his torment. The film is just boring and is extremely long and while that's an overexaggeration, that's just how boring this film felt.

K J E (gb) wrote: Lost in Yonkers may not be the best movie ever, but it's got quite a lot of charm. The cinematography and the acting are superb! The characters are the gem in this film. Jay, Artie, Grandma, Bella and Louie kept me entertained from beginning to end. Hilarious and touching all at once.....

Bheema D (mx) wrote: It's a culturally significant film; A. For putting a young lady - a tomboy no less - in as important if not a more important role as the masculine, heroic figure of John Wayne; and B. For it's iconic story being the basis of the 2010 remake with Jeff Bridges. While the film's story's iconography is deserved and the main three characters are interesting, the film is bogged down by painful dialogue, an insanely generic score and unnecessarily slow pacing, not to mention set design equivalent to finding someplace in the woods and shooting. While it's an enjoyable film that can be recommended, a far better and similar film released that same year would be "Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid." Or you can go watch the remake, which in all honesty is better.
