Jackie M (es) wrote: This? This is one of my very favorite films.I found out after watching it that it was originally a pilot for a tv show that didn't take off because "Numbers" and "Stargate Atlantis" took away their lead actors. This was a beautifully, realistically written, directed and acted film. Little details were added in, and the plot was wonderful. Lovely humor, as well. Listening to the first ten minutes with headphones on is chilling.

Dave R (nl) wrote: the amazing thing about this film to me is how "modern" it is in regard to topic matter, how modern travel can cause serious outbreaks of deadly diseases - steven soderbergh just made a slick thriller about the same topic. that said, i found the pacing and tension of this film a little too slow for my liking (and on a side note i found the lead character's neighbor really creepy...like chester the molester creepy).if you're a fan of old thrillers you might enjoy this.

I also felt like I was watching The Lady Vanishes at times with the similar cast of actors and the thriller train element.

Bill R (br) wrote: Don't let the cover lead you to believe your in for a typical zombie movie. This throws a different spin on it and it's more drama and survival with the returned which are zombies that have been stopped in the turning processes. it's a bit slower but still a decent check out.
Tommy K (jp) wrote: The animation may be decent but the story doesn't have much substance at all and the humor, characters and dialogue are very obnoxious and infantile. Definitely did not deserve to make as much money as it did.
